Today is Publication Day for Ultimate Star Wars!
This is my first official book for Star Wars. I was honored to join Ryder Windham, Dan Wallace, and Adam Bray on the project. Many others behind the scenes helped make this beautiful book happen.
I’ve written articles for Star Wars Insider magazine and blog posts for Suvudu, and co-authoring the definitive official Star Wars encyclopedia was an amazing opportunity I accepted with enthusiasm. At FANgirl and on Fangirls Going Rogue, and in all my other participation in the Star Wars fandom, I always keep the fans in mind. Writing Ultimate Star Wars was no different, and I hope my fellow fans are happy with the result.

DK held the book launch party last week at Star Wars Celebration Anaheim. The authors were joined by legendary Star Wars actor Anthony Daniels (C-3PO), who wrote the foreword.

Tricia Barr took her understanding of brand management and marketing, mixed it with a love of genre storytelling, and added a dash of social media flare to create FANgirl Blog, where she discusses Star Wars, fandom, and strong female characters.
